With a lifelong commitment to movement and wellness, Bryan specializes in helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and feel more connected to their bodies. His approach focuses on functional, sustainable fitness—perfect for those with busy lives who want to feel their best without the pressure of a traditional gym setting.
After more than 20 years in New York City, Bryan relocated to Los Angeles in 2020. He now embraces the active, outdoor lifestyle and enjoys spending time with his family in the California sun.
